  • Minimum of Diploma, NCE, OND, HND, or first degree
  • Engaged in research-related/analytical/administrative/development work

  • Demonstrated experience in empirical/data/policy research
  • Evidence of outputs: publications, reports, or funded projects

  • Two professional/academic referees
